Roofing & Wall cladding sheet

Roofing and wall cladding sheets consist of corrugated metal sheets that provide strength and durability to the roofing system. These sheets are coated with various materials to make them resistant to rust, waterproof, and capable of withstanding extreme weather conditions. When it comes to roofing or cladding sheets, there are three main types:

1. Galvalume Steel (or PPGL):

• We offer roofing solutions using galvalume steel, which is a zinc-aluminum alloy with a coating of 55% aluminum, 43% zinc, and 1.5% silicon. This steel provides high corrosion resistance and protection against different atmospheric conditions. The galvalume steel roofing sheets come in various tensile strengths of 300, 345, and 550 MPa, with a coating class of AZ-150 as per AS: 1397 standards.

2. Galvanized Steel (or PPGI):

• Our expertise allows us to manufacture galvanized steel roofing sheets using high-quality galvanized steel. This type of steel is mild steel coated with a layer of galvanized zinc with a minimum mass of 120 grams per square meter, as per IS 277 standards. With a minimum tensile strength of 240 MPa, galvanized steel is an ideal material for roofing solutions.

3. Bare Galvalume:

• We produce a wide range of bare galvalume sheets, known for their excellent quality and reliability. These sheets are made from top-notch materials, ensuring safety and durability for our clients. The material used is dimensionally accurate, allowing for diverse specifications of roofing or cladding sheets. Additionally, custom orders are welcome to meet specific customer requirements. The sheets can be cut into various sizes and colors according to the customer's needs, making them highly versatile and suitable for a variety of applications.

a) Flashings

• Flashings are essential components in roofing and cladding systems, offering crucial protection against water infiltration and ensuring the structural integrity of buildings. PPGL, which stands for Pre-Painted Galvalume, combines the corrosion-resistant properties of galvalume steel with a durable pre-painted finish. b) Gutter & Downspout pipes

Constructed from Pre-Painted Galvalume sheets (PPGL), these gutters and pipes offer exceptional durability and corrosion resistance, ensuring long-term performance in various environmental conditions. The pre-painted finish adds an aesthetic appeal to the gutters and downspouts, enhancing the overall look of the structure.
