Roof and wall cladding sheets
Roofing and wall cladding sheets consist of corrugated metal sheets that provide strength and durability to the roofing system. These sheets are coated with various materials to make them resistant to rust, waterproof, and capable of withstanding extreme weather conditions. When it comes to roofing or cladding sheets, there are three main types:
1. Galvalume Steel (or PPGL):
- We offer roofing solutions using galvalume steel, which is a zinc-aluminum alloy with a coating of 55% aluminum, 43% zinc, and 1.5% silicon. This steel provides high corrosion resistance and protection against different atmospheric conditions. The galvalume steel roofing sheets come in various tensile strengths of 300, 345, and 550 MPa, with a coating class of AZ-150 as per AS: 1397 standards.
2. Galvanized Steel (or PPGI):
- Our expertise allows us to manufacture galvanized steel roofing sheets using high-quality galvanized steel. This type of steel is mild steel coated with a layer of galvanized zinc with a minimum mass of 120 grams per square meter, as per IS 277 standards. With a minimum tensile strength of 240 MPa, galvanized steel is an ideal material for roofing solutions.
